Andrew J. Neiman is a commercial litigator who represents businesses, property owners, developers, and entrepreneurs in complex business and real estate disputes.
Andrew’s practice focuses on contractual disputes, fraud and other business torts, real estate and construction litigation, partnership and shareholder disputes, restrictive covenant matters, and employment-related litigation. He regularly represents clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and mediations, guiding matters from pre-suit counseling through trial and appeal.
Known for his practical and strategic approach to dispute resolution, Andrew develops creative solutions tailored to his clients’ business objectives. He has successfully represented clients in high-stakes commercial matters involving multimillion-dollar claims and has extensive experience handling dispositive motion practice, complex discovery, depositions, arbitrations, and negotiated resolutions. Clients value his ability to combine aggressive advocacy with smart business judgment.
Before joining Levy Goldenberg LLP, Andrew practiced at an Am Law 200 firm and prominent regional litigation firms, where he represented clients in complex commercial disputes involving real estate transactions, business acquisitions, financing arrangements, employment matters, construction, and closely held businesses. His experience includes business divorce litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, FINRA arbitrations, trade secret litigation, insurance coverage matters, and complex contractual claims.
Andrew has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America 2026 for work in commercial litigation, corporate law, and labor and employment law (management).
Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School, where he also completed a Graduate Certificate in Health Law and Policy and published a student note in the Colorado Technology Law Journal. He received his Bachelor of Arts, with Honors, from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Andrew is admitted to practice in New York, California, and Colorado.
