Jeffrey A. Margolis is Of Counsel to the Firm providing real estate transactional services for the Firm’s clients. In his 50+ year career, Jeff has represented domestic and foreign clients in connection with acquisition, sales and leasing of all types of properties, with special emphasis on office, industrial and retail/restaurant/shopping center leasing. He has lectured on commercial real estate at NYU’s Real Estate Institute and Fordham Law School and has served as seminar leader on cutting-edge real estate topics at the International Council of Shopping Centers Law Conference. Additionally, he is the lease law columnist for the Commercial Observer. Margolis also maintains a deep specialty in business immigration law, which gives him a unique insight into the hybrid area of EB-5 investor visas. Jeff Margolis was also appointed an Adjunct Professor of real estate law at Brooklyn Law School where he teaches Commercial Leasing.
