Lidia Sanchez-Contreras 

Firm Operations Manager

Lidia is the Firm’s Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the Firm’s office operations, including administration, human resources, finance, logistics, public relations, marketing and business development.  Lidia speaks six languages fluently and utilizes her extensive experience working in various leadership positions in and around New York City, the larger United States and abroad, to assist the Firm’s attorneys and clients with optimizing and accomplishing our shared goals and successes. She collaborates closely with the Firm’s attorneys and other office personnel to ensure the effective implementation of Firm policies and efficient workflows for continuously improving our capabilities for addressing all our clients’ needs. Her focus on the Firm’s growth is balanced by the Firm’s preference of continuing to provide individualized, boutique firm services.

Born and raised in Barcelona, Ms. Sanchez holds a Bachelor’s in Hospitality – Business Administration, and is a PHR Human Resources Certified Professional.  She has also studied finance, labor law (New York and California), and employee engagement at several prestigious universities and colleges.  After graduating in Spain, she continued her management studies in Germany and worked in a variety of operation roles in Greece, and The Netherlands. Lidia moved to New York in her late 20’s and has since managed and collaborated with teams in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, in The Philippines, and Ecuador.
